254E History

Founded in the 2008-2009 Elevation Season, Team 254E first appeared at the Bellarmine Bay Area tournament. Although both of its members had limited prior experience with robotics, neither had been associated with VEX beforehand. Far exceeding expectations, 254E seeded third at its first tournament and reached the semi-finals. 254E later won the SIATech regional, qualifying it for the World Championships in Dallas, where it reached the divisional semifinals.

So far in the 2010 Clean Sweep season, 254E has won a Programming Skills, Excellence, Amaze, and Create Award, and has finaled at 4 tournaments.

Dead micro-controllers are the bane of this team's existence.
